Yanna is a design consultant with 10+ years of experience in UX & interaction design.
She supports large organizations and start-ups in their innovation journey by generating customer insights and creating user experiences based on those. Her deliverables span across the entire service design process: from research, to concept, to detailed design for each touchpoint. She has designed service concepts and user experiences for mobile, tablet, web, TV & domestic appliances for companies like: Deutsche-Telekom, Samsung, Ubuntu & HP. Yanna applies a range of research methods to her practice, such as ethnographic research, concept validation and co-creation techniques. She holds a PhD in Human Computer Interaction.
